We're looking for individuals and teams with expertise in software development for mechanical engineering applications, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Knowledge of database management, data analysis, and algorithm development is highly desirable.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and grow account base for existing accounts and generate new accounts
• Responsible for new business development via prospecting, selling and closing sales
• Develop strong working relationships with suppliers to further satisfy our customer needs
• Review project drawing/blueprints and generate quotes based on the requirements of each job
• Assist customers by providing solutions and information on products as requested
• Track job quoted to customers and follow up as necessary
• Provide on-site technical support
• Manage client and consultant relationships
• Develop a high level of industry and application expertise that benefits targeted customers and their projects
• Develop and maintain contacts at all levels in order to secure the fulfillment of customer requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or education in a similar field, is a strong asset
• Good time management, organization skills
• Ability to grasp multiple product lines and technologies
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to deal with conflict and meet deadlines
• Prior field sales preferred
• Industrial experience preferred
• HVAC knowledge and understanding preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain test certificates and drawings management procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all production and sourcing activities.
• Develop and implement a document control system to manage all product test certificates and documentation including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, and other project-related documents.
• Monitor and track documentation to ensure compliance with order and project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Manage the distribution of all documentation and drawings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the required information in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all test certificates, drawings, QAP’s & inspections documentation is stored in a secure and organized manner, and that access is granted only to authorized personnel.
• Provide training and support to internal employees on document control procedures and processes.
• Establishing clear communication channels with customers and stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is managed and controlled effectively.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer requirements and expectations related to project documentation.
• Facilitating meetings with customers and stakeholders to review and approve documentation requirements.
• Coordinating with external agencies or regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals.
• Tracking and monitoring customer feedback related to all documentation to ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Providing regular status updates to customers and stakeholders on documentation management activities.
