For a building to be considered safe during the event of an earthquake, the following conditions need to be fulfilled :
1. The people in the building are able to resist the earthquake’s ground motions and no loss of life occurs.
2. The contents of the building, along with all the services and utilities are able to resist the impact of the earthquake as well, without any losses.
Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the contents of the building and its services & utilities, together known as Non-Structural Elements (NSE’s) are adequately equipped to resist damage during an Earthquake. We have the capability to provide a complete Seismic Design and Engineering Report as well as various options of floor mounted and ceiling suspended Seismic Supports for all kinds of HVAC and MEP Equipment – Pipes, Ducts, Cable trays, Pumps, Chillers etc.
In addition to a selection of suitable Easyflex Seismic supports, we also provide complete Anchorage Calculation and Analysis.
We follow Stringent Building Codes (IBC/UBC etc) to Build a Seismic Design Report which includes Seismic Loads on Equipment, BOQ of Seismic Supports as well as Arrangement Drawings of the Bracings.
